Tiny Frog

This tiny frog was resting on the rocks I stacked up in our
fountain for a landing pad for our bees to get a drink.
This cutie is smaller than the nail of my little finger.
He is so pretty and perfect that he must be brand new.

You can see all the tadpoles in the water with him,
there must be thousands of them!

Must be some kind of tree frog as our pond frogs are larger than that when emerging from tadpoles. A bug might catch it!

Maybe they'll serenade you later!

Hi Kathy, I love to see the froglets appear and always marvel at the transformation. It was always great watching our boys looking after them and trying to count them when they had turned, of course they were never still!!! Hugs, Susie x

Adorable. Amazing how small they are. Do they grow to regular frog size?

We have lots of tree frogs so it could be one. We also have medium sized green water frogs so maybe one of them. I'm not sure.
