Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Yum! What could be better than
Butter
Cream
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Ham
Peas
Basil (from my garden)
and Spaghetti Squash ( from my garden) ?
What's the recipe you might ask.
Heck, I have No Idea.
My husband isn't telling.
It's not as if he is trying to hide anything.
He's just irritating.
One of those cooks who doesn't use recipes.
No idea of how much of which ingredients he used.
I have to have a recipe.
And if I double it, I measure it twice- really, I do.
Otherwise I might get confused, and with cooking, that's easy to do.
My mother-in-law always did the same thing.
You should have seen us on Thanksgiving!
So, if you want the recipe, it is NOT this one:
But it started that way.
It just ended up being different.
Sorry.
It looks good though.

It really does look good, especially since it's 9 p.m., and I haven't eaten supper yet. I've been cooking a lot of spaghetti squash lately. I've never tried growing any.
Btw, I haven't forgotten about your kombucha babies. Just better wait till it cools off before i try to ship. :)
Oh thank you. Share some squash recipes too! We have a super bumper crop.
Kathy please don't hate me ,but I do the same thing. My poor children finally made me put my pinches of this or bashes of that in measuring spoons, so they could make the family recipes themselves.
That is what I will do- follow him around and capture his ingredients as he throws them in! LOL
That is the best way to cook, start with a basic recipe and then make it your own! Only problem, it never really turns out the same way twice! LOL!!
This is very interestand recipte :) I must do this..
